Answers:
  1. I just signed up for an account. Why can't I login?
When you signed up, we sent a confirmation email. You can open the confirmation email and retrieve your log in information. If you did not receive the confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder and deleted items folder. Make sure you provided a valid email address and your Inbox is not full. If you have set your email program to block unknown senders, you may be able to specifically add "postmaster@handheldpornsites.com" to your approved senders list.

  2. My PSP movie will not play or is named incorrectly. Why?
PSP movie files must be named using the SONY naming convention (M4V1****.MP4 where ***** is a 5 digit number). We have assigned unique SONY names to to all of our PSP movies. Internet Explorer passes the SONY name along with the Movie file but some browsers, such as Firefox may not. If you download a PSP movie and the name does not start with M4V, please either manually rename the file using SONY's naming convention or use Internet Explorer to download the movie. We are working to improve cross-browser compatability.

  3. Do you have tutorials on how to load these files onto my portable device?
We do have tutorials available for downloading the movies from the website as well as loading them onto your portable device. You may access it by clicking here

  4. Can I download this movie for more than one device?
Any movie is available for you to download as many times as you want and in as many formats as you like. For instance, if you download the movie for your PSP but you also have a Cell Phone that plays 3GP files, you may also download it for that device as well. There will not be any additional charges.

  5. Can I preview the videos before I buy them?
At this time we do not have any free previews available. We do offer a $1 trial membership where you can download as many movies as you like.

  6. What happens if I lose or delete the video after I download it?
After you purchase an unlimited membership you can download as many movies as you like while your membership is active.

  7. Is there support available if I am having problems viewing my videos?
You can always email our technical support department at support@handheldpornsites.com. We will be more than happy to help you with any technical problems related to viewing videos on your PSP.

  8. What will appear on my credit card when I purchase these videos?
For your privacy, charges on your credit card will appear as "SPACEAGE US 813-925-3880".

  9. Why do you need my personal information to create an account?
Your personal information is required to bill your credit card for videos you purchase. This is strictly a security measure, and is in place to protect you, the customer. This information is used to validate that an authorized user is actually making the purchase and helps deter fraud. Your information WILL NEVER be sold or provided to any third-party.

  10. Will my email address or other contact information ever be sold or provided to a third-party?
Your information WILL NEVER be sold or provided to any third-party.

  11. Why won't the images load? I've verified I'm over 18 years old.
When you first come to our site, you have to verify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you've done that, but you do not see the real images, there's a good chance that your images have been cached. This will affect AOL users for the most part. You can try to press Ctrl+F5 to see if Refreshing will fix the problem. If not, you may need to wait for AOL to re-download the images as they see fit.

  12. What happens if I eventually cancel my membership?
Once your membership is cancelled you will no longer have access to movies on this site.

  13. I am having trouble playing back a movie I downloaded. What do I do?
Most video playback problems can be resolved by installing the newest version of Quicktime Player, iTunes Software, Windows Media Player or the Zune Software - depending on which type of file you are downloading.

  14. When I am downloading movies, the site seems to stop working for me. Why is that?
You are allowed to have 2 concurrent connections at any given time. That means you may be downloading 2 items at the same time. If you are in the middle of downloading 2 movies, then you will not be able to start a 3rd download, and you may not even be able to reach additional pages. If that is the case and you want to surf the site, please stop 1 of your downloads and resume once the one download has completed.

PSP F.A.Q.
  1. How hard is it to put these videos and photos on my PSP?
  2. What if my Memory Stick isn't big enough?

Answers:
  1. How hard is it to put these videos and photos on my PSP?
It is actually very easy to put these videos and photos on your PSP. We have provided detailed tutorials with pictures to help you every step of the way! Check out our tutorials!

  2. What if my Memory Stick isn't big enough?
The required Memory Stick size shown for all videos is the size required to store the ENTIRE video on your Memory Stick. We realize that not everyone has Memory Sticks this big, and for this reason we have seperated all of our videos into segments. These segments are generally about 6MB in size, meaning you could fit about 4 segments on the 32MB Memory Stick that comes with your PSP.

iPod F.A.Q.
  1. Will these videos work on my iPod/iPhone?
  2. How hard is it to put these videos and photos on my iPod/iPhone?
  3. What do I need to be able to view these videos and photos on my iPod/iPhone?
  4. Can I surf your website using my iPhone?
  5. Can I download videos directly to my iPhone using the browser?

Answers:
  1. Will these videos work on my iPod/iPhone?
Yes. Once loaded onto your iPod/iPhone using iTunes, you should be able to view these videos just like any other video you load onto your iPod/iPhone.

  2. How hard is it to put these videos and photos on my iPod/iPhone?
It is actually very easy to put these videos and photos on your iPod/iPhone. We have provided a Tutorial to help you every step of the way! Check out our tutorials!

  3. What do I need to be able to view these videos and photos on my iPod/iPhone?
The only items you will need are a USB cable and iTunes.

  4. Can I surf your website using my iPhone?
Yes, and it works surprisingly well. The site looks identical to if you were using it on a computer. You can even open movies while surfing and have them play.

  5. Can I download videos directly to my iPhone using the browser?
Unfortunately, that option is not available at this time. You may view the videos using your browser, but there is no option to save the files according to the support representatives at Apple. The only such way to load the videos onto your iPhone is through iTunes - just like using an iPod.

Cellphone F.A.Q.
  1. Will these videos work on my cell phone?
  2. How do I get these videos on my cell phone?
  3. How do I know what quality (High or Low) to download?

Answers:
  1. Will these videos work on my cell phone?
If your phone supports the 3GP video format you should have no problems at all playing these videos on your phone. Most phones that support the 3G2 video format will also play these videos without problems. If you are unsure if these videos will play properly on your phone simply browse to a video of your choice and download the first clip to see for yourself. We provide the first clip of every video absolutely free of charge!

  2. How do I transfer these videos to my cell phone?
Since there are so many brands and models of cell phones it is impossible for us to post tutorials on every single phone. As long as you can connect your phone to your computer (via USB cable, serial cable, bluetooth, etc.) and are able to transfer files to your phone via this connection, this is how you will transfer the videos once you've downloaded them to your computer. Please note that we do not send videos to your cell phone via MMS messages and you must be able to connect your phone to your computer to transfer our videos to your phone.

  3. How do I know what quality (High or Low) to download?
All cell phones process videos differently and have different processing power. During testing we have found that although our 3GP videos played on all cell phones that supported the 3GP format, not all of the cell phones were able to play higher quality videos. For this reason, we chose to offer a high and low quality version of each full video and clip. We would suggest that you download the high quality version first, and test yourself on your phone. If the video seems choppy or the audio is not in sync with the video you will have to use the low quality 3GP videos instead.
